YouTube Videos Pull in Real Money - NY Times
The above article was on the front page of the NY Times this morning. It talks about how YouTube members are now able to embed advertising into their videos and post them on the web to earn big revenue dollars. This is the wave of the future. Individuals around the world are now able to tap into the extreme powers of the internet to make a living like never before. Average YouTuber's post funny and entertaining video clips that they have captured on digital cameras for their friends to view on the web. Now, it's possible for someone to do this full-time, and make a great living at the same time. Talk about living the dream...
So, what do you think? New career opportunity for you? How old do you have to be to earn revenue? Do you need any special education? How much time do you think it would take to be a successful YouTube producer? Is there any initial investment involved? Blog your reactions...

Black Friday
Wal-mart worker trampled to death.
Read the above article and blog your reactions.
I am absolutely appalled by the actions of these people. It's absurd the length some people will go to save a few bucks on materialistic, frivolous, and pointless consumer goods. In certain third world countries around the world, people are often found waiting in lines and fighting over a limited number of bags of rice or wheat from the UN. These people are starving and it's at least understandable how desperate they are.
Here in the US, they're lining up and trampling people to save 10 bucks on an Xbox 360. It's ridiculous and sad all at the same time.
What kills me even more, is that if these people had any clue whatsoever they would know that all they needed was a computer and the internet and they could easily get the same deals on Black Friday as they were getting in the stores themeselves. It's called online shopping, and there are never lines and you don't have to commit murder in order to buy something. Come on, think a little.
